Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it leaves our facility.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimated by the carrier and begin after the order ships, not the day the order is placed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may impact delivery times.
International Orders (Signature Required)
For safety and security, all international orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and that someone will be available to sign for the package. If a package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or refusal to sign, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are not controlled by Lucky Finds and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delays can occur that are outside our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first. We will assist with submitting carrier claims when applicable, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
