Return Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days (strict).

We accept returns only within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be approved.

 

 

Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • All tags (if applicable) must be attached and the item must be returned in original packaging (if included)

  • The item must be received back by us in acceptable condition

 

 

How to start a return

 

Email us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return

 

If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

 

 

Return shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lucky Finds is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

 

 

Restocking fee

 

All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from your refund total.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved:

 

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • The refund amount equals the item price minus 50% restocking fee

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable

 

 

Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order.

 

 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

 

 

Non-returnable items

 

Unless required by law, the following are not eligible for return:

 

  • Items requested after the 7-day window

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration

  • Gift cards and final sale items (if marked)

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
