If we cancel your order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4) Product Information and Vintage Condition

We work to display product descriptions and photos as accurately as possible. However:

Vintage items may show signs of wear, aging, or minor imperfections. These are normal characteristics of vintage goods.
Colors may appear different depending on your screen or device.
Measurements, sizing, and fit notes are provided as guidance and may vary slightly.

You are responsible for reviewing item details, measurements, and photos before purchasing.

5) Pricing and Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even if the order has already been confirmed.

6) Payment

We accept payment through the methods offered at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7) Shipping

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. In summary:

Orders ship within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) via USPS or UPS Ground.
International orders require signature confirmation for delivery security.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing times.

8) Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees

Our Return/Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. In summary:

Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements or are received in unacceptable condition.

9) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution. We may provide the payment processor with order and delivery documentation (including tracking and signature confirmation where applicable) in response to disputes.

10) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards

Promotions and discount codes:

Have no cash value.
May be modified or ended at any time.
May not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

11) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Submissions)

If you post or submit content (such as reviews, photos, or comments), you grant Lucky Finds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for business purposes (including marketing), unless prohibited by law. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree not to:

In no event will Lucky Finds’ total liability exceed the amount you paid to Lucky Finds for the applicable order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucky Finds from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
